Are you new to golf? Do you want to make sure you are adequately prepared to play on the golf course?
These programs are designed for groups of individuals who are either new to golf or currently considering taking up the game, as well for beginners who wish to learn more about the game and developing sound swing fundamentals before they venture out on the golf course.
Rules & Etiquette Workshops If you are new to golf and want to make sure you are adequately prepared to play on the course, or if you have had negative experiences while playing because you felt self-conscious or rushed, this is the workshop for you.
Experienced golfers agree that, while it is not necessary that you master every rule in the “The Rules of Golf” handbook, it is vital that you learn the basic rules and essential etiquette of the game prior to venturing out on the course. This program thoroughly addresses all rules and etiquette criteria necessary to enable you to play with golfers of all skill levels, and will give you the confidence to enjoy this game as a beginner.
Workshops are offered in the form of 90-minute, half-day, and full day sessions. The longer sessions provide an opportunity to address more detailed information, while still presenting it in a manner and sequence appropriate for new golfers and beginners. In short, regardless of program length, the information will be presented in an organized, clear, and entertaining manner.
Organize a group of 4-50 students and we will be happy to accommodate your specific date request and tailor the program to your specific learning needs. This program can be presented at our facility, or at your desired venue.
Beginner Golf Clinics These clinics focus on the development of sound swing fundamentals – addressing both the full swing and short game – while also teaching you the basic rules and etiquette of the game. Clinics are offered in half-day, full-day, and multi-day formats. (Multi-day format includes on-course instruction!)
Organize a group of 2-10 students and we will be happy to accommodate your date request and tailor the program to your specific learning needs.
Golf “House Calls”: Introduction to Golf If you are considering taking up the game of golf, or are new to golf and want an entertaining and informative introduction to the game, why not host a workshop with friends or co-workers in the comfort of your own home? Tailored specifically to the needs of you and your group, this workshop can include a presentation on the rules and etiquette, the mental aspects of the game, effective practice methods, and/or golf and physical fitness.
In addition, the fundamentals of a sound golf swing are presented to your group, with an opportunity for your group members to participate in swinging a golf club and hitting balls into a safely enclosed golf hitting net, as well as to be videotaped and receive a computerized analysis of their swings.
This program can be customized to meet your specific needs and may be scheduled for any length of time, from one-hour to full-day.
Schedule this program as a stand-alone event, or an entertaining and insightful addition to your next social gathering!
